A security guard alerted emergency services to arsonists who targeted a vacant HSE building in Dublin that was being considered for refugee accommodation.

The suspected arson is the latest attack on a property linked to the housing of migrants in Ireland, with Taoiseach Leo Varadkar saying he was “very concerned”.
